provision which in frank disagreement of the fundamental bases of the Plurinational state, contradicts rights, doctrinal precepts, linked to the exercise of the jurisdictional power agreed in favor of the indigenous people in the CPE. This situation is even advised by the Plurinational constitutional court in which through constitutional sentencings, call the attention of the character opposite to the law of jurisdictional displacement, to the constitutional precepts in regards to the indigenous people.
