iii ABSTRACT This paper is a comprehensive consulting DICOM SRL company, in it, is developing an analysis of the internal and external factors of the company to determine its actual status and failures, coming up with this to propose solutions that lead to better performance organizational models as well as external factors aprobechamiento benefit of the company. Can comment that the comprehensive consulting discussed the details of implementation of alarge number of tools for analyzing strategic business management. Has made this work and especially the proposal as a professional service giving assistance to the company manager to solve their practical problems. In this respect the proposal complies with provide knowledge and abilities to employ these resources managers in skills development aimed at fulfilling the objectives of management of the company. The study has met the mandated target, since it has been developed from the diagnosis of a proposal that the company employs management tools for the solution to business problems found.
