ABSTRAC The following research work consisted in the making of feasibility, marketing, concept, legal system, economical and financial study about the creation of a new Industrial laundry “CleanInn“ situated on Santa Cruz de la Sierra City. The project results are the following: There was a market research to determine the aime of the project. The project is medium complexity, is located in the north and third circle ring, it is because is a strategic place. “Clean Inn Laundry is focus on the service companies, such as hotels, restaurants’, hospitals and clinics, because of the industrial equipment. The selected strategies are to make a difference and to show a focus on high service. The total investment is $us.95.548, the 50% are equities, the rest is bank lent. The income and total costs projected are gotten at 5 years forward. Finally economic indicator was analyzed, determined the feasible of the project to invest in this new laundry.
