xiv ABSTRACT This study has been carried out with the purpose of improving the production of the company Aguas las Misiones SRL. The project consists of 6 chapters, the same ones that are described below in summary form: Chapter I: Introduction and objectives In this chapter, the reasons why the project is developed are presented, the general objective and specific objectives are established, and the scope of the project and the methodology used are determined. Chapter II: Theoretical framework Definitions and general concepts on method engineering, fundamental definitions, referring to production, processes and tools used in diagnosis are described in this chapter. Chapter III: Process characterization In this section, a description of the characteristics of production, organization, machinery, tools and training of the company is made to know more in depth the context where the solutions are proposed. Chapter IV: Diagnosis of the production process First, the decline that exists in the production process was identified. Subsequently, the time study analysis was performed and, in this way, have the standard time and identify bottlenecks. In addition, an Ishikawa diagram and the FMEA matrix were made, where it is possible to identify the causes that cause poor planning of the company.
