UCB San Pablo SYNTHESIS OF THE DEGREE WORK XVI SYNTHESIS OF THE DEGREE WORK The development of a design of a health and safety program at work for the "Balanced Food Plant - FEDEPLE" aims to: The prevention of health and safety risks allowing to improve working conditions based on the NTS - 009/18. The project consists of 6 chapters, the same ones that are explained below in summary form: Chapter I: Introduction and objectives This chapter develops the reason why the project is developed, mentioning the problems identified, defining the scope that the project will have, indicating the methodology and setting the objectives. Chapter II: Theoretical framework This chapter develops the collection of definitions, previous research, standards and theoretical considerations on the subject of occupational safety and health on which the project is based. Chapter III: Characterization of the processes To accomplish the specific objective of: "Describe the generalities of the balanced feed plant in addition to its products and processes that are carried out in FEDEPLE.", A detailed description of each of the processes and products offered by FEDEPLE, and the processes are presented visually through flowcharts and path diagrams. Chapter IV: Diagnosis of the current conditions of the Balanced Feed Plant - FEDEPLE A diagnosis of the current situation was made in all areas of the company based on the NTS 009/18 and the General Law of Hygiene, Occupational Safety and Well-being (D.L No. 16998 of August 2, 1979). Also, the dangers were identified, and the risks were evaluated using the IPER matrix and the results of the matrix were interpreted through the Pareto chart, bar and pie charts. In addition, an inspection of the current state of the fire extinguishers in the work areas was carried out and a plan was drawn up with the location of each extinguisher that was identified in the inspection. In addition, an accident record was drawn up by surveying the operators in order to identify which risks and / or dangers are frequently exposed.
