Chapter V: Technical Proposal According to the conclusions of the diagnosis in the previous chapter, the proposal can be established in: 1) The restructuring of the maintenance department where the functions and profile of each worker will be established, 2) Maintenance plan according to the failure modes and predictive maintenance techniques, 3) The procedure for implementation of the maintenance plan, to manage and control the tasks to be performed, 4) The maintenance software will be a tool that will allow monitoring and control of the activity in the maintenance department and the use of resources. Chapter VI: Economic technical validation This chapter will determine the costs of implementing the proposal, including spare parts, predictive maintenance services, the annual personnel training program and the probability that the injection molding machine will not fail with the proposed maintenance tasks. This chapter will analyze the cost of machine downtime, taking into account the materials and spare parts needed for its repair and the loss of profitability according to the downtime.
