ABSTRACT This paper presents a study on the feasibility level for the creation of a Kindergarten Nursery “Cangurito Gym" , intended for those families in the city of Santa Cruz who need and are willing to use a full service pre-school. Where he will work hard for the emotional, social, mental, and physical, with a specialized area where children were divided into groups according to their age, made different physical activities that stimulate muscle development and motor skills, while at the same time prevent overweight and obesity. Also will feature an exclusive service for students " Cangurito Gym " kangaroo called home , which consists in the nanys go to the child's home to provide care professional and guaranteed during weekends , Fridays and Saturday nights , a service that has the advantage of hiring the nany preferably for hours. This business project has gone through an economic, financial and marketing evaluation shows favorable for this investment, on the other hand, contributes to the social aspect results creating jobs. Finally the economic, social and political conditions contribute to the realization of ventures with private initiative seeking not only meet the needs of financial returns if they are oriented toward social responsibility.
