I ABSTRACT The present Final Degree Project comprises the development of a Marketing Plan that allows formulating marketing strategies for the company Pocho's Service S.R.L. for the house cleaning and fumigation service line. An analysis of the internal environment of the company was made to know the company and its components, its suppliers, marketing intermediaries, the competition, the publics and the clients with whom it works. Likewise, an analysis of the external environment was written in which the demographic, economic, natural, technological, political and cultural areas in which the company develops. A market investigation was done where three segments were detected in which work had to be done to achieve the proposed objectives. After an external and internal analysis of the company's environment, it was possible to understand the factors to which it is exposed. Through strategies and tactics of marketing, a solution to the weak points of the company is sought to generate a positive impact on the economic results of the same. The budget established for the fulfillment of the objective of the project is Bs. 61.500,00.
