This document search the way of increase the sales based on the industrial marketing for the company might increase its profits, for can do that has been made one general diagnostic. The diagnostic was showed in the matrix FODA, MEFI and MEFE, presenting that the best strategy is the market penetration. After that has made one propose taking into consideration the market penetration and the industrial marketing making strategic and operatives options making one financial analysis taking account the budget and the profits if the proposal.
