ABSTRACT The project aims to demonstrate the feasibility of a farm devoted to fattening cattle with the extensive system in Ascension Guarayos department of Santa Cruz. The financing structure is composed of 48,87% with equity and 51,13% with foreign capital. The annual budget of income amounting to Bs. 3,457,440.00 for the first year and Bs. 2.647.271,01 as budget discharge. In the financial economic study it shows that the evaluation of the company generates the following performance indicators: They go with financing Bs. 2.817.970, 28 TIR with funding from 48,26% Finally the project is sensitive to a change in the price of meat and climate change.
