ABSTRACT A comprehensive consultancy service was provided to the company PROFERMAQ in which failures in various areas were observed and subsequently solutions and actions to be taken were given. Market Analysis and Business Strategies Definition and development of the strategy plan. A new strategic plan was developed for PROFERMAQ where the new vision and mission was specified. The short-, medium- and long-term goals and the corresponding strategies were defined. It was recommended to develop Relational Marketing with a market penetration strategy so that PROFERMAQ can increase their sales by increased loyalty from existing customers and to attempt to capture new customers. A new Application (App) was developed to make it easier for customers to obtain information and alternatives regarding the purchase of products. Organizational Administration Area Based on the structure for PROFERMAQ new employees were hired in order to fill the missing positions, creating a better hierarchical order in the company. New functional role descriptions were made for the different positions at PROFERMAQ, providing the employees with a manual to guide their actions. Operations Area and Finances Flow charts were developed for PROFERMAQ establishing the guidelines for the realization of the different procedures. We recommend implementing a software for customer management at PROFERMAQ, as well as to manage the sold products.
