ABSTRACT This paper is a Management Consulting integral in G & B Enterprises in the city of Santa Cruz de la Sierra, for its line of chocolates Selenitas, which was first diagnosed Area Strategic Marketing, which evaluated if the company had a strategic direction and a defined strategy for this line, also, there was a market research to know the desires, tastes and preferences of customers. Then was diagnosed Organizational Management Area which evaluated the organizational structure and human factor aspects, later became a financial operative diagnosis analyzing the main processes of the organization and the financial evaluation of the same. Finally, the conclusions of the previous diagnoses proceeded to the preparation of the proposal consistent to the strategic and market area in a strategic redirection and a positioning strategy for the product line as above. In the administrative organizational area suggested a change in the organization according to the chosen strategy. In the financial area proposal was not performed because the information provided by the company was insufficient.
