ABSTRACT The following research work consisted in the making of feasibility, marketing, concept, legal system, economical and financial study about the creation of a new juice company “Fruti - Frut“situated on Santa Cruz de la Sierra City. The results of the project are: Prepared a market study to determine the unmet demand. The project is medium complexity, is located in 2do ring Av. Pirai, it is because is a strategic place. The strategies chosen for the company will be the differentiation. Design of the enterprise organizational structure along with the functions, characteristics and attributions given to each member of the entreprise. The total investment is $us.74.343, the 67% are equities, the rest is bank lent. The income and total costs projected are gotten at 5 years forward. Finally, economic indicators analyzed, determined the feasibility of the project and to invest in this new venture.
