IV RESUMEN DISEÑO DE „„CENTRO DE REINTEGRACIÓN SOCIAL PARA VARONES ENTRE 14 HASTA ANTES DE LOS 18 AÑOS‟‟ PARA EL GOBIERNO AUTÓNOMO DE SANTA CRUZ, EN EL MUNICIPIO EL TORNO Jhaquelin Saavedra Peñarrieta Orientador de investigación: Arq. Waldo Jaime San Martin Zambrana El presente trabajo tiene como objetivo diseñar un centro de reintegración social para varones de 14 hasta antes de los 18 años para el Gobierno Autónomo Departamental de Santa Cruz en el municipio de El Torno, con el propósito de proponer una infraestructura digna de reintegración social y preparación académica. La metodología empleada fue de revisión bibliográfica de fuentes primarias como: artículos, datos estadísticos proporcionados por funcionarios de CENVICRUZ, fuentes secundarias como periódicos virtuales, sitios web, entre otros. Posteriormente, se realizó el levantamiento de campo, mediante visitas guiadas al actual centro CENVICRUZ para varones para así conocer la situación real de la infraestructura y además de conocer la organización interna de los adolescentes. Así también, se realizaron entrevistas a personas claves. A partir de los estudios realizados, se concluyó que la ciudad de Santa Cruz no cuenta con infraestructura adecuada y suficiente para atender y albergar a los adolescentes, dado que con el paso del tiempo la misma se ha ido deteriorando. Por tal motivo, se propone diseñar y rediseñar diferentes áreas para promover y mejorar la calidad de vida durante la estadía de los usuarios; a través de espacios funcionales y eficientes, permitiendo la mejora educacional y desarrollo del usuario. Waldo Jaime San Martin Zambrana The present work aims to design a social reintegration center for males from 14 to 18 years of age for the Autonomous Departmental Government of Santa Cruz in the municipality of El Torno, with the purpose of proposing an infrastructure worthy of social reintegration and preparation academic. The methodology used was a bibliographic review of primary sources such as: articles, statistical data provided by CENVICRUZ officials, secondary sources such as virtual newspapers, websites, among others. Subsequently, the field survey was carried out, through guided visits to the current CENVICRUZ center for men in order to know the real situation of the infrastructure and in addition to knowing the internal organization of the adolescents. Likewise, interviews were conducted with key people. Based on the studies carried out, it was concluded that the city of Santa Cruz does not have adequate and sufficient infrastructure to care for and house adolescents, since it has deteriorated over time. For this reason, it is proposed to design and redesign different areas to promote and improve the quality of life during the stay of users; through functional and efficient spaces, allowing educational improvement and user development.
