V ABSTRACT DESIGN OF A CENTER FOR SOCIAL REINTEGRATION FOR LESSER OFFENDERS FROM 14 TO 18 YEARS OF CENVICRUZ IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF EL TORNO Clarens Jenifher Rojas Perez Research advisor: Dra. Arq. Irma Miriam Chugar Zubieta The objective of this work is to design a social reintegration center on the Cenvicruz land, aimed at male juvenile offenders, with the aim of enabling the protection of the rights of young people who have violated the law with adequate responsibility against the crime committed. All this, favoring the creation of adequate spaces, in a dignified environment and under livable conditions that allow developing the capacities of adolescents in recreational areas. The methodology used in this project was bibliographic review, from primary and secondary sources, field survey with observation visits, photographic records, physical survey and interviews with Cenvicruz personnel, in order to obtain a more accurate approach to the deficiencies dealing with and problems regarding care and equipment. The purpose of the social reintegration center for Minors is to cover these needs, taking into consideration, the reintegration into the future society of young people without forgetting their criminal responsibility.
