IV ABSTRACT Preschool Model Education Center design for District 3 of Warnes Municipality Fernanda Pérez Yáñez Advisor: Dra. Arq. I. Miriam Chugar Z. The present project aims to design a Preschool Model Education Center with safe and innovative sites to optimize social-affective, cognitive, psychomotor, and artistic development, allowing kids in the first stage of childhood an integral academic training with the propose of setting a solid and strong education, based on each student competence to form people with leadership capacity, greater social commitment and new ideas ahead of Warnes Municipality reality. The research methodology employed was a literature review of primary and secondary sources. Likewise, a field research with observation visits to Preschool Education Centers and to the project settlement site; interviews to key people: authorities, pedagogues, teachers’ associations and parents; photographic register and ground measurement. It concludes that a Preschool Model Education Center infrastructure has a significative importance for the initial education where children can receive a comprehensive care through games as pedagogical tools to start a systematical learning process. Therefore, the Preschool Model Education Center responds to a shortage existing in District 3 of Warnes Municipality.
