5 ABSTRACT CONSERVATORIO REGIONAL DE MÚSICA EN SANTA CRUZ DE LA SIERRA, BOLIVIA Nathali Maritza Rodriguez Hurtado Orientador: Arq. Fernando Ayala Cuellar The present investigation has as aim design a regional conservatoire of music with the fundamental intention of stimulating the culture and the artistic potential of the region, directed the whole population in the city of Santa Cruz de la Sierra. The used methodology was of bibliographical review, of primary and secondary sources. Between the primary ones he is: Report on the “Situación de las escuelas de música en Bolivia”; Conservatorio Plurinacional de Música de Bolivia; and the book of “Reglamento interno ISBA – Instituto Superior de Bellas Artes”. In the secondary sources we mention: he interviews the director of the Top Institute of Fine arts; and Internet blogs on "conservatoires of music". There were realized raising of field, visits of observation to the designated area, record photographic and he interviews to focal groups. The realized study demonstrates that there exists a limited group of centers of educations that promote and stimulate the formation at the professional level in the city of Santa Cruz de la Sierra. The majority does not rely on an infrastructure that it offers the technical conditions, being like that, the spaces they do not cover the needs that this area needs. Therefore, one concludes that there is necessary the implementation of a conservatoire of music, environmentally person in charge and with acoustic criteria in Santa Cruz de la Sierra.
