i ABSTRACT At present, every organization needs strategies or models to manage human talent that adjust its policies to the company's strategy, and that simultaneously interact with people to generate pro- activity and facilitate processes, promoting a culture that is sustained in the win-win principle, in order to nullify the perception that workers and employers have regarding the management of human resources. The research problem is synthesized in the absence of human talent management models, which allows the company to cope with crises, improve its potential, improve the performance and efficiency of the staff, through the application of administrative theories. A field study was carried out by means of a census of the 90 employees of the company, the approach was qualitative-quantitative. Through research, it is intended to analyze the main problem which is the decrease in efficiency and meet the established objectives. The main objective of the study is to develop a human talent management model for the company DBI International S.R.L. Throughout the preparation of the work, statistical tools will be used to make projections of the benefits of the proposal.
