III Abstract The following project studies the feasibility of creating a shoe cleaning company in the city of Santa Cruz de la Sierra, because currently there is no specialized company in the market. With a Market study was determined if there is an unsatisfied demand through a poll, besides the different types of shoes. Size and location, in this part it was established the physical location of the company, central office and a branch. It was also determined the size of the unsatisfied demand on which the project will focus. Strategy and marketing, in this point the approach taken by the company to distinguish itself from the other companies was determined. Project engineering, the processes and the requirements of the service were established. In the organization, the constitution of the company was established, as well as the number of collaborators it has and the regulations or laws that the company has to follow. Investments and financing, all the investments that the company has to do to start operating were analyzed, as well as analyzing the obtaining of a bank loan. The financial statements and evaluation of the project, we observed the company's profits and the investment evaluation indicators.
