To determine the feasibility of the project, a market investigation was developed to determine the existing demand and supply, and the unmet demand for confectionery products was determined based on the results. possible demand for the new Cookie Cake product. The study of the size of project was carried out in which the participation in the market and the covered demand is shown, the location of the project at the macro level and micro location. The mission and vision of the project was established, the analysis of the five forces of Porter was carried out, the products, price, promotion and place were also made known. The project engineering was carried out detailing the analysis of the production process for each area of the company, the monetary requirement for the deferred fixed investment and operating capital was determined. The organizational aspects were established, for the company it will be a limited liability company as soon as the legal aspects were carried out in the respective procedures in Fundempresa. The income, projected costs to five years, the projected financial statements to the years of the project life were determined. An economic and financial analysis of the project was carried out.
