ABSTRACT The objective of this project is to develop a human resources strategy to strengthen the organizational climate of the "José Malky" educational unit in Santa Cruz de la Sierra. In order to determine the best practices that could be applied in the strategy, a diagnosis was made of the external macro and micro environment in which external factors that affect the Educational Unit in the operation are taken into account. Surveys were conducted for teachers and directors of the educational unit and interviews with the directors and coordinator of the same, obtaining important information such as: that internal communication is weak and the directors do not care about keeping staff motivated; for the design of a human resources management strategy to strengthen the organizational climate within the "José Malky" Educational Unit. Finally, the proposal that contains the planning and development of activities to strengthen the organizational climate of the Educational Unit is presented, where organizational communication will be developed, teamwork will be promoted and staff will be motivated through non-monetary compensation. In addition, the organizational climate will be monitored through surveys carried out by the institution's staff.
