ABSTRACT El Matecito is a Coffe shop with a theme of the Chaco, which is mainly dedicated to providing a service in which customers can taste the mate, tereré and other products that are characteristic of the Chaco or products that are known but are of that place, like a Chaco coffee or a mate tea. This document shows how the idea and the process in which the cafeteria was submitted to be elected, since not having this type of place was clearly a winner among other ideas, likewise a process was carried out in which I wanted to analyze the feasibility of the project, together with the necessary market studies, in order to determine certain factors of the population that will help implement and develop the coffe shop, because when counting on the results of the investigation, certain aspects and characteristics that the company will have to achieve the process of providing service to the target market are determined. In addition to this, all the necessary marketing strategies were carried out, which are in line with these times, so that the introduction of this service has an impact in Santa Cruz de la Sierra, and the constitution of the company, that is, its organization. Finally, the calculations of the investments were made, the profits were estimated, the costs were made, the financial statements were made and finally the company was evaluated to determine its profitability, and thus determine if it is feasible or not to open a cafeteria of this type
