ABSTRACT The objective of this project is to elaborate a Strategic Plan to incorporate the philosophy of Corporate Social Responsibility in the management of the company SEICAMP S.R.L. in the department of Santa Cruz. This document is divided into three main chapters; the first, theoretical framework, embraces all the necessary concepts for the realization of the project, the second presents a general diagnosis of the state of the CSR in the company and the last one presents a proposal detailed for the company under study. A diagnosis of the company in general was made, considering the principles of CSR to identify the points on which it should work. Likewise, in order to improve the relationship, the most important Stakeholders for the company were identified and prioritized. And finally, a dynamic SWOT analysis was carried out according to the results of the diagnosis and analysis to determine the strategies on which the proposal is based. According to the five strategic axes established , the Strategic Plan was formulated considering the company's value chain to incorporate the Corporate Social Responsibility philosophy.
