ABSTRACT The general objective of this project is the design of an integral control panel that will improve management and strategic control for the Division specialized in Health and Reproduction of the company Veterinaria Santa Cruz S.R.L. The Division does not have a formal system of key performance metrics, which makes it difficult to quantify and monitor the company's progress toward strategic objectives. The theories that are presented are theories related to strategic management, competitive strategies, balanced scorecard based on its four perspectives: financial perspective, customer perspective, internal processes perspective and learning and growth perspective. In order to carry out the diagnosis, we had data provided by the company, surveys were carried out for the Division's client, a census was taken of the staff, and in-depth interviews were given to the executive board, as well as to the chiefs and responsible for each area such as: logistics and distribution, foreign trade and planning, legal, human management, finance, information and communication technology, marketing and sales executives. In the proposal the Integral Scorecard is elaborated based on what was diagnosed, this scorecard allows us to have indicators in each perspective. With this tool you can measure the strategic objectives to have control over its evolution.
