ABSTRACT The objective of this project is to prepare an Administrative Reorganization for the company Nossamoda S.R.L. in the city of Santa Cruz de la Sierra. Nossamoda S.R.L. is a company that sells shoes, clothing and articles of Brazilian origin, of good quality, comfort and style. The main problem is diagnosed as administrative inefficiency. Theories related to administrative reorganization, organization theories, direction, manuals of functions and procedures and organizational communication are presented. A proposal of Administrative Reorganization is elaborated, where the technique of charge analysis is used, development of the new organizational structure, elaboration of Functions Manual, Procedures Manual and strategic direction for the study company, design of a training plan and internal regulations for the organization.
