ABSTRACT The project has as objective the elaboration of an Administrative Reorganization for the Private School Greater San Pablo, in the city of Santa Cruz de la Sierra. The Greater San Pablo School offers the service of school education in the levels of initial, primary and secondary, oriented to students with the need to learn. As a main problem, the current administrative organization of the Private High School San Pablo is outdated. Theories related to administrative reorganization, organization theory, management, function manuals and the primary and secondary education sector are presented. A proposal of Administrative Reorganization is elaborated, where the technique of charge analysis is used, elaboration of functions manual, flow of procedures, design of an internal regulation, development of a communication system and an organizational development program. The total cost of the Administrative Reorganization will be Bs. 72,036.-
