ABSTRACT The Management Consulting is done to the catering company FAST TASTE S.R.L. in the city of Santa Cruz de la Sierra. A diagnosis is made in three areas; Strategy and Marketing, Organizational and Administrative, and Operational and Financial. In the diagnosis of Strategy and Marketing, the company analyzed and evaluated different points such as: mission, vision, objectives, principles and values, consistent analysis of the company management strategy, advertising and strategies, among others. Organizational and Administrative area, the organizational structure was evaluated, manual functions, inventory of human resources and administrative aspects among others. Operational and Financial area, was analyzed the main processes of the organization, its financial statements, financial indicators used, among others. Then, the proposal was made to responds to each of the three observed areas: In the first part, a new strategic direction is proposed. Growth Strategy is made and also a Marketing Mix was developed. For the second area, it is proposed to elaborated a Manual Functions, and semiannual staff training in conducted customer. For the third area, there was no need to make a proposal.
