ABSTRACT This final project grade es a final process of scientific research in which it is intended to make those instruments, concepts and techniques acquired in the area of human resources. The research aims to present the most relevant aspects of performance evaluation, since it is the means suitable for successful management of human resources throughout the organization. This thesis refers to the performance evaluation labor which is a structural and procedural systematically to measure and influence the attributes, attitudes, a series of results related to the worker, in order to discover to what extent is productive and improve their performance the future. We present different methods of evaluation, structure and raises the issue of company of clothing "MITSUBA”, and based on the characteristics of the company proposes an evaluation method, appropriate rules and procedures, is down the terms to implement and provides an analysis regarding the result.
