ABSTRACT While the maintenance and plumbing repair service, electrical, and landscaping still exists in our environment; it will generally offer itself in an empirical, improvised, and unplanned form. Empirically because of the knowledge and skills of people who occupy this area, are acquired through observation and experience. Improvised because they don’t offer the service efficiently to the costumer due to the passive attitude they assume by waiting for the costumer to be the one who approaches them. In addition, their service is not totally guaranteed. And finally unplanned because most of their service is offered in a informal way, and the few companies, of this area in our environment, are unable to meet such demand. Therefore, the maintenance and repair service for plumbing, electricity, and landscaping, in Santa Cruz city, is an important business because in addition to covering basic needs for homes, it covers an unattended segment of market by current companies: the private houses that lay between the center of the city and the fourth ring road. This project, which also sees an opportunity for business with great prospects, will also seek to promote the creation of new stable jobs and ongoing training, thereby contributing to the social development of the city
